AUGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL COOKIES
RECIPE

Ingredients

120g plain flour, 30ml AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 40g sugar, 1 egg, 10g sesame

Steps

  1.  Add AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil, COOKIES and sugar in a bowl
  2. Add flour and sesame in bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
  3. Make the size of cookies and drop cookie dough onto baking sheets. Bake the cookies about 10 to 12 minutes with 180°.

FRITTATA
RECIPE

Ingredients

6 eggs, 50g butter, 1 beef tomato, 3 cloves of garlic, 50g purple onion, 2 chopped ham, 100g chicken, 1 potato, 4 leaves of basil, AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olives Oil, salt, black pepper and white wine

Steps

  1. Bring some water to boil. Put the tomatoes in the hot water when boiling. Cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters and squeeze out most of the juices and seeds.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Fry the chicken and cut into slice.
  3. Boiling potato and cut into slice.
  4. Heat oil in pan and add potato, sliced ham, purple onion and garlic.
  5. Pour egg mixture into pan and stir with butter, salt, pepper, ingredient of step 4 and AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  6. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the egg mixture has set on the bottom and begins to set up on top. Place pan into oven and broil with 180°until the eggs are set.

BRUSCHETTA
RECIPE

Ingredients

1 beef tomato, 10g purple onion, 6 leaves of basil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 Baguette French bread, 50g AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100g balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper

Steps

  1. Boiling tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters and squeeze out most of the juices and seeds.
  2. Mix tomatoes into the purple onion, sliced basil and add balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper and AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Toast the bread slices until lightly browned on both sides. Cut a clove of garlic and rub over on bread.
  4. Put all ingredient of step 2 on the toasted bread before serving.

KING TRUMPET MUSHROOM
RECIPE

Ingredients

300g king trumpet mushroom, 80g beef tomato, 10g basil, 30g ham, garlic, 30g red pepper, 30g yellow pepper, AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil, white pepper, salt, sugar

Steps

  1. Cut king trumpet mushroom into half and fry with AUGANIC Extra Olive Oil
  2. Cut beef tomato, ham, red pepper, yellow pepper into slices and chop the basil.
  3. Heat the olive oil and add the ingredients of Step 2. Add the mushroom and turn off the heat once the mushrooms are cooked through.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL CHICKEN
RECIPE

Ingredients

180g chicken thigh, 35g green onion, 3g basil, 3g cilantro, 150g water, 30g AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5g salt and 5g white sugar

Steps

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken thigh and process 30 minutes. Fry the chicken thigh until cooked through.
  2. Sauce: cut the green onion and take the green part. Put the green onion into boiling water. Take out the green onion and blend with water, basil, cilantro, salt and sugar by blender. Add few AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
