180g chicken thigh, 35g green onion, 3g basil, 3g cilantro, 150g water, 30g AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5g salt and 5g white sugar
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken thigh and process 30 minutes. Fry the chicken thigh until cooked through.
- Sauce: cut the green onion and take the green part. Put the green onion into boiling water. Take out the green onion and blend with water, basil, cilantro, salt and sugar by blender. Add few AUGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
